C-U-LATER!!

Tigers Send Colorado Packing
Kim English (24) led Missouri with 21 points.

Columbia, MO- The 14th-ranked University of Missouri was on the road for their last two games, and after going 0-2, including a 6-point loss to the Oklahoma State Cowboys, a much needed win was in order.  The Tigers traveled back to Columbia to take on the Colorado Buffaloes for the final time, as the Buffs are leaving the Big 12 in favor of the PAC12 next year.  In the first meeting this year, Colorado defeated MU by a 13-pt margin, 79-66.  This time, at Mizzou Arena with a home crowd of 14,288, it was a different story.  The Tigers walked to the locker room and sent Colorado to the PAC 12 with an 89-73 victory to remain undefeated at home this season.  The Tigers are now 14-0 on Norm Stewart Court.  The Tigers improve to 18-5 overall and even up their conference record at 4-4.  Colorado drops to 15-9, 4-5 on the year.

Turnovers plagued Colorado all game as the Buffs coughed up the ball a season-worst 23 times, 15 of which were in the first half.

The Tigers were led offensively by Kim English, who sank 21 points for the Tigers.  Colorado's Alec Burks, who netted 36 in the first meeting, was held to only 21 points.  Five Tigers finished in double digits as Cardo Ratliffe added 14, Marcus Denmon netted 17, and Phil "Flip" Pressey and Michael Dixon, Jr added 13 of their own.  Steve Moore finished with 2, Matt Pressey with 3 and Laurence Bowers with 6, respectively.

The Tigers go back on the road on Monday to Allen Fieldhouse to take on their bitter rival the Kansas Jayhawks (22-1, 7-1), who are ranked second in the nation and coming off of a 86-66 victory over Nebraska.
